'Dow Jones' on Nokia phones

JAKARTA (JP): The mobile phone producer Nokia has signed cooperation agreement with the information service provider in Touch to provide financial information to all users of Nokia 6110 cellular phone.

The service, called iQoute, enables every Nokia 6110 mobile phone users to access financial information from the United States news agency Dow Jones, Kendro Hendra, managing director of in Touch, said in a statement yesterday.

"Nokia and in Touch are offering one month of iQuote subscription, including registration, free of charge, for all Nokia 6110 cellular phones sold before June 15, this year," Kendro said.

"iQuote, together with other unique features of Nokia 6110 like calculator, exchange rate conversion, calender really positions the Nokia 6110 as the ideal business phone," Alexander Lambeek, general manager of Nokia Mobile Phones Indonesia, said. (jsk)
