Don't give us any trouble
Don't give us any trouble
From Warta Kota
Referring to a statement by the director of Bina Sumberdaya Mitra that appeared in the March 9 edition of Warta Kota about the public's need for trouble-free and affable service, I would like to share a personal experience.
A land swap deal at Jl. Salemba Raya No. 16 (involving a land plot belonging to the agriculture ministry) caused me to leave my house, which was located on the plot of land, and move to Jatibening I housing complex in Jatibening subdistrict, Bekasi, West Java.
To get a resident identification card (KTP) and a family membership card (KK) at my new residence, I contacted the Jatibening subdistrict administrative office and obtained temporary cards No. 1549 to No. 1551, dated Nov. 9, 2001, at a cost in accordance with the price established by the office. The original cards are still being processed in the Pondok Gede district administrative office.
But as of March 2002 the original KTP and KK cards have not been issued. Therefore, I suggest that, as is the procedure in Jakarta, subdistrict offices should be authorized to process and issue KTP and KK cards.
