Donor bodies to meet in Manila

MANILA (AFP): The Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Philippines' Credit Information Bureau Inc. will jointly host the third annual conference of the ASEAN Forum of Credit Rating Agencies here in December, the Manila-based bank said yesterday.

Some 300 finance officials from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand are expected to attend the Dec. 1 meeting at the ADB headquarters, the ADB said.

The Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) groups Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
