Colombian from Central America, is the typical Colombian
coffee from Medelin or Armenia. It is famous for its rich, full
sweet flavor and aroma and is roasted to a medium or dark
intensity for peak flavor.

Guatemala coffee has a rich smoky taste and is grown in
Antigua, which is world famous for its intense flavor, and is
roasted to medium or dark for peak flavor.

Maragogipe is from the Mexican region of Oaxaca, though
occasionally the beans are sourced from Nicaragua or Guatemala.

Roasted correctly, this soft porous coffee offers a wonderful
flowery fragrance with a delicate sweet taste.

Ethiopia The various strains from here present a slightly
lighter cup of coffee, with a distinctive taste right to the
finish. Dome uses the varieties of Sidamo and Djimma. Harrar
Longberry is the most intense of the Ethiopian coffees, but it is
seasonal. Dome uses this coffee whenever available.

Kenya Coffee from Kenya is prized for its deep full body
aroma. Expect muted, rich mid-palate tones and a distinctive winy
complexity to the finish.

Hawaii Kona extra fancy is one of the world's most expensive
coffee, grown in a small, highly cultivated area of Hawaii. Kona
presents all the fullness in coffee associated with Central
America coffees, together with a rich, floral fragrance. Dome
roasts selected Kona every few months.

Papua New Guinea From Papua New Guinea comes a top Grade-A
plantation coffee which is among the world's best.

Its richness does not quit and has all the brightness of a day
in Costa Rica, but with a tang reminiscent of the Kenya coffee.

West Indies The Jamaica Blue Mountain variety is certainly the
world's most exclusive coffee and is widely regarded as the
finest.

Quite simply, it contains every pleasant characteristic
possible in coffee. Dome roasts this coffee to order.

Dome Expresso This is a fine blend of three South and Central
American coffees, giving a rich, full sweet flavor, with an
intertwining complexity to the finish.

Dome Filter An interesting meeting of East African and Central
American coffees, providing a full, rich cup with the winy
overtones so characteristic of East Africa.

Dome Colombian Decaf This central American favorite retains
its full flavor and body, mellow acidity and is roasted to allow
the caramel sweetness to dominate.

The latest store reflects Dome's traditional brasserie style
with fine wood paneling and soft brass finishes. A complete
sumptuous menu and wine list complements the brasseries with many
classic items superbly reinvented in true Dome style.
