DJSN hopes app integration reduces repeated photocopying
Karawang - DJSN member Muttaqien hopes the newly launched Work Accident and Traffic Accident Insurance Application Integration by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BP Jamsostek) and PT Jasa Raharja will reduce repeated photocopying.
“The success of this application integration isn’t just about launching the app. Future services must be increasingly user-friendly,” Muttaqien said during the launch at Primaya Hospital Karawang on Monday.
He stressed that administrative photocopying requirements should no longer be repeated for service access.
The launch of this application integration is a commendable effort in inter-governmental collaboration aimed at improving services.
“Future social protection services should not operate in silos but must be fully integrated,” he added.
Muttaqien expressed support and appreciation for BP Jamsostek and Jasa Raharja for establishing system integration between the two institutions.
“We hope this app functions better and ensures all services are delivered more efficiently moving forward,” he said.
