Dirty drinking water

I am a housewife and live at Tanjung Lengkong, Bidara Cina,
East Jakarta. We depend on tap water from the city-owned water
company (PAM) and pools of ground water for our daily needs.

I want to inform the public that during the past week the PAM
water has been dirty and its color almost brown. The water has a
pungent smell. I feel this may be caused by the presence of
certain chemical waste in the water.
