Diarrhea sweeps Lombok

PRAYA, West Nusa Tenggara: Thirty nine people have been
admitted to hospitals in the latest outbreak of diarrhea in
Central Lombok.

Health authorities said there have been no fatalities because
patients were admitted to clinics early.

They attributed the epidemic to a lack of water leading to
poor hygiene. The dry season has sparked water crisis in several
