JAKARTA (JP): Courier company DHL Worldwide Express has been named the "Best Express Service" for the 15th consecutive year at the Asia Freight Industry Awards (AFIA) 2001.
"Winning this award is a tremendous accolade which speaks volumes about our people and their collective effort in making this company the best in the industry," DHL Asia-Pacific chief operating officer Marc Duale said in a statement.
Mike Fitzpatrick, DHL Indonesia's senior technical advisor, said that the company would continue to work hard for its customers, striving to improve in order to meet all shipment and distribution needs.
He said that DHL Indonesia has opened new service centers in Denpasar, Medan, and Batam, and would soon open more centers in other cities in Indonesia.
