Jakarta, IDN Times - Danantara Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rosan Roeslani has revealed that Danantara will focus its investment domestically in its initial phase. Meanwhile, approximately 20 per cent of Danantara's total capital will be allocated for overseas investment to expand its global business reach.

The Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM explained that 80 per cent of Danantara's total capital will be focused on strategic domestic projects in sectors prioritised for national development. The remainder will be allocated for global investment.

"Danantara's focus will, of course, initially be on investment in Indonesia. But we envisage roughly an 80-20 per cent split — 80 per cent in Indonesia and 20 per cent invested abroad," said Rosan, as quoted by ANTARA on Saturday (14/6/2025).
