Danantara Indonesia’s Managing Director of Stakeholders Management & Communications, Rohan Hafas, said he was frustrated by the allegation that Danantara Indonesia was late in submitting its financial statements. He said Danantara Indonesia complies with all applicable regulations, including financial reporting. “I am very frustrated by those saying I haven’t submitted the financial statements. I am the one who most firmly educates on this,” said Rohan after a media briefing on strengthening governance of the export of strategic commodities at Wisma Danantara, Jakarta, on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. According to Rohan, Danantara Indonesia refers to the Limited Liability Company Act (UU PT) as well as stock-exchange rules applicable to publicly listed companies or those going public. Under those rules, Danantara Indonesia does not violate the deadlines for financial reporting. “The Limited Liability Company Act, the stock exchange, a public company like Mandiri—what is the deadline for financial reporting under the law? 30 June each year,” Rohan said. Based on those rules, Rohan added, Danantara Indonesia still has ample time to prepare its financial statements. Rohan reminded of the sizable task for Danantara in preparing financial statements for around a thousand state-owned enterprises. “Even the UU PT deadline is 30 June. I have a thousand state-owned PTs. I will wait until 30 June, then I will consolidate,” he said.
