        "content": "<p>Danantara Indonesia\u2019s Managing Director of Stakeholders Management\n&amp; Communications, Rohan Hafas, said he was frustrated by the\nallegation that Danantara Indonesia was late in submitting its financial\nstatements. He said Danantara Indonesia complies with all applicable\nregulations, including financial reporting. \u201cI am very frustrated by\nthose saying I haven\u2019t submitted the financial statements. I am the one\nwho most firmly educates on this,\u201d said Rohan after a media briefing on\nstrengthening governance of the export of strategic commodities at Wisma\nDanantara, Jakarta, on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. According to Rohan,\nDanantara Indonesia refers to the Limited Liability Company Act (UU PT)\nas well as stock-exchange rules applicable to publicly listed companies\nor those going public. Under those rules, Danantara Indonesia does not\nviolate the deadlines for financial reporting. \u201cThe Limited Liability\nCompany Act, the stock exchange, a public company like Mandiri\u2014what is\nthe deadline for financial reporting under the law? 30 June each year,\u201d\nRohan said. Based on those rules, Rohan added, Danantara Indonesia still\nhas ample time to prepare its financial statements. Rohan reminded of\nthe sizable task for Danantara in preparing financial statements for\naround a thousand state-owned enterprises. \u201cEven the UU PT deadline is\n30 June. I have a thousand state-owned PTs. I will wait until 30 June,\nthen I will consolidate,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
