Cosmos Bottling to enter RI

MANILA (Reuter): Philippine beverage firm Cosmos Bottling
Corp, a subsidiary of RFM Corp, said yesterday its board had
approved a joint venture with an Indonesian firm, PT Tirta
Investarna.

The joint venture firm, Filipinas Water Bottling Co Inc, will
manufacture Aqua bottled water, Cosmos said in a letter to the
Philippine Stock Exchange.

PT Tirta Investarna is the holding company of PT Aqua Golden
Missippi, Cosmos added.

Cosmos Bottling officials were unavailable for comment.
