TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:State-owned gas company, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), is set to begin its construction of a natural gas recipient terminal in Belawan, North Sumatra. “We are expecting to start by October,” CEO Hendi Prio Santoso said in Jakarta on Monday.
The company will also operate a floating gas terminal in Jakarta Bay in early 2012. The terminal will be built by PGN, Pertamina and PT Nusantara Regas. Gas from the floating terminal will be converted at the Sembawang dock in Singapore.
