“Peace is not merely the absence of war. It is a virtue,” wrote philosopher Baruch Spinoza.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEP Indonesia) is promoting the creation of a fair and sustainable work environment through the signing of the Collective Labour Agreement (PKB) for the period 2026–2028. This agreement embodies the company’s commitment to ensuring a balanced fulfilment of employee rights and obligations, while strengthening harmonious industrial relations between management and workers across all operational lines.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia, through PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (PT CCBI) and PT Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (PT CCDI), held the signing of the Collective Labour Agreement (PKB) 2026–2028 at the Bekasi 1 Factory in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi Regency, West Java.

The signing ceremony was conducted in person by CCEP Indonesia President Director Xavi Selga together with representatives of the company’s labour union. This moment is considered important in marking the achievement of a joint agreement between management and workers regarding the rights and obligations of both parties, while strengthening the foundation of harmonious, fair, and just industrial relations.

“The signing of this PKB is not merely a formality, but a manifestation of our joint commitment to building a work environment that supports growth, safety, and justice for all employees,” said Xavi Selga, President Director of CCEP Indonesia.

The process of renewing the PKB for the 2026–2028 period underwent a series of comprehensive stages, starting from verification of the Workers’ Union/Labour Union within CCEP Indonesia, pre-negotiations, to intensive negotiations that took place in three stages. The entire series was then concluded with the finalisation of the PKB draft in March 2026.

“The signing of this PKB is an important moment that reflects the spirit of collaboration between the company and workers in building harmonious and sustainable industrial relations,” said Mathilda Lumantobing, People & Culture Director of CCEP Indonesia.

They believe that harmonious, dynamic, and just industrial relations are one of the important foundations in supporting business sustainability.

In line with this, CCEP Indonesia claims to continue focusing on developing the capacity, competence, skills, and leadership of employees across all organisational lines through various ongoing human resource development programmes.

The PKB for the 2026–2028 period will take effect from 1 April 2026 until 31 March 2028, serving as a joint guideline in maintaining a productive, safe, and positive work climate for all employees and supporting the company’s business sustainability.
