This agreement embodies the company\u2019s commitment to\nensuring a balanced fulfilment of employee rights and obligations, while\nstrengthening harmonious industrial relations between management and\nworkers across all operational lines.<\/p>\n<p>Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia, through PT Coca-Cola\nBottling Indonesia (PT CCBI) and PT Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (PT\nCCDI), held the signing of the Collective Labour Agreement (PKB)\n2026\u20132028 at the Bekasi 1 Factory in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi Regency,\nWest Java.<\/p>\n<p>The signing ceremony was conducted in person by CCEP Indonesia\nPresident Director Xavi Selga together with representatives of the\ncompany\u2019s labour union. This moment is considered important in marking\nthe achievement of a joint agreement between management and workers\nregarding the rights and obligations of both parties, while\nstrengthening the foundation of harmonious, fair, and just industrial\nrelations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe signing of this PKB is not merely a formality, but a\nmanifestation of our joint commitment to building a work environment\nthat supports growth, safety, and justice for all employees,\u201d said Xavi\nSelga, President Director of CCEP Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>The process of renewing the PKB for the 2026\u20132028 period underwent a\nseries of comprehensive stages, starting from verification of the\nWorkers\u2019 Union\/Labour Union within CCEP Indonesia, pre-negotiations, to\nintensive negotiations that took place in three stages. The entire\nseries was then concluded with the finalisation of the PKB draft in\nMarch 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe signing of this PKB is an important moment that reflects the\nspirit of collaboration between the company and workers in building\nharmonious and sustainable industrial relations,\u201d said Mathilda\nLumantobing, People &amp; Culture Director of CCEP Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>They believe that harmonious, dynamic, and just industrial relations\nare one of the important foundations in supporting business\nsustainability.<\/p>\n<p>In line with this, CCEP Indonesia claims to continue focusing on\ndeveloping the capacity, competence, skills, and leadership of employees\nacross all organisational lines through various ongoing human resource\ndevelopment programmes.<\/p>\n<p>The PKB for the 2026\u20132028 period will take effect from 1 April 2026\nuntil 31 March 2028, serving as a joint guideline in maintaining a\nproductive, safe, and positive work climate for all employees and\nsupporting the company\u2019s business sustainability.<\/p>",
