As a motorcyclist I am concerned about the danger of the black
smoke emitted from buses' exhausts. Many of these buses are
managed by private companies. The black smoke not only hinders
visibility but is also detrimental to road users' health. It
irritates the respiratory system.

I would like to suggest that the authorities intensify the
supervision of city buses, particulary those which are no longer
suitable for public transportation. What about the "blue sky"
program? Operating old buses may hinder the success of the "blue
sky" program.
