KONAWE — Konawe Regency has been rocked by another case of alleged sexual assault involving a Chinese foreign worker (TKA). A local employee of PT OSS (Obsidian Stainless Steel), who worked as a canteen cashier, became the victim of alleged physical assault by a foreign worker.
