The rejection of the Chief Justice candidates nominated by the
House of Representatives has given rise to various reactions.

I think that persons possessing the following qualifications
should be eligible for candidacy: (1) a university graduate of
law; (2) substantially experienced; (3) having expertise; (4)
honest and having high dedication; and (5) having the spirit of
Pancasila and nationalism.

The Chief Justice's main tasks shall ensure that: (1) the law
is upheld; (2) the law is justifiable; and (3) the law is capable
of protecting and accommodating all classes of society.

Therefore, I propose that from the abundance of names meeting
the above conditions and criteria, Adi Andoyo SH be nominated by
the House as a candidate for the position of Chief Justice.
