Cheil Samsung plans loans

HONG KONG (Reuter): KDB Asia said it was inviting banks to
join as arrangers or underwriters for a US$95 million term loan
facility for PT Cheil Samsung Indonesia.

The loan carried a maturity of five years and has a put option
in year three, it said.

The facility would be guaranteed by Cheil Jedang Corporation
[18520.KS], KDB Asia said.

Proceeds would be used for general working capital, it said.
