Canadian found dead in Bali

DENPASAR, Bali: A Canadian tourist, James Christopher Bannet, was found dead on Tuesday at the Blue Ocean Hotel in Kuta, not at the Oberoi Bali as originally reported yesterday.

The Canadian citizen is believed to have overdosed on drugs after several grams of hashish were found in his room.

Attendants at the Sanglah hospital could not say whether his body will be cremated in Bali or flown home to his family. (23)
