Buses in bad condition

Many bus companies, including the state-owned PPD, operate
buses which are already in poor condition. Many of those buses
are far from comfortable, while air-conditioned buses are more
often than not packed with passengers which make the air-
conditioning insignificant.

I hope the authorities consider standardizing city buses.
