Do Rp 700 city-bus tickets include Jasa Raharja insurance
cover? One day I was on a Bianglala No.66 city bus, license-plate
number B 7103 NL. The bus' driver was being reckless, suddenly
jolting the vehicle when braking or changing gears. At one stage,
a number of standing passengers lost their footings and fell into
heaps. My forehead was seriously injured.

I asked the driver for some money to cover medical expenses.
He said he had just started his shift and did not have any money
for me. This was 2:30 p.m..

Who is responsible for accidents on city buses when drivers
clearly violate safety regulations? The authorities must give
the public this much needed information.
