Jakarta (ANTARA) — PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) recorded the highest disbursement of Subsidized Housing Loans (KPR Sejahtera) under the Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) for the period of January 1–31, 2026, totaling 4,160 units.

The achievement was the highest among state-owned banks (Himbara), based on the total national realization of KPR Sejahtera FLPP disbursements of 7,312 units with a financing value of Rp 912.4 billion, according to a report by the Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera).

Based on BP Tapera data, after BTN, Bank Syariah Nasional (BSN) recorded KPR Sejahtera FLPP disbursements of 861 units, Bank Mandiri 699 units, BNI 616 units, and BRI 587 units.

“BTN’s dominance in January 2026 demonstrates the readiness of the systems, networks, and partnerships we have built consistently. We are committed to continuing to expand access to housing financing for low-income communities as part of BTN’s role as a strategic government partner,” said BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu in an official statement in Jakarta on Sunday.

Based on data obtained by BTN, the actual number of KPR Sejahtera FLPP disbursements by BTN was significantly higher, reaching 6,749 units through the end of January 2026. This is because several KPR Sejahtera FLPP loans already executed by BTN are still in the process of being billed to BP Tapera.

Furthermore, Nixon said this early-year performance continues BTN’s consistency throughout 2025, during which the company successfully disbursed 192,208 units of KPR Sejahtera FLPP. This track record is considered to strengthen BTN’s position as the bank with the most extensive experience and network in public housing financing.

He added that the government has set a national FLPP quota of 350,000 units for 2026, with BTN receiving an allocation of 172,000 units. “BTN is ready to optimize the allocated quota by strengthening collaboration with the government, BP Tapera, and developer partners across various regions. We will continue to drive digital transformation and distribution network optimization so that the financing process becomes faster, more transparent, and better targeted,” he said.
