Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk’s President Director, Anggoro Eko Cahyo, stated that the company is distributing a cash dividend of 20% of its total 2025 net profit, amounting to approximately IDR 1.51 trillion. He explained that, based on this allocation, the dividend per share is set at IDR 32.81, as approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for BSI’s 2025 fiscal year held today. “The dividend for the 2025 fiscal year will be paid proportionally to each shareholder whose name is recorded in the shareholder register on the recording date,” Anggoro Eko Cahyo said in Jakarta on Tuesday. He noted that the dividend amount represents a 44% increase from the previous year. Last year’s cash dividend was set at 15% of the 2024 net profit, reaching IDR 1.05 trillion, with a per-share amount of IDR 22.78. Information regarding the dividend payment schedule will be announced further by the company’s management. “The Board of Directors is authorised and empowered, with the right of substitution, to: one, determine the schedule and procedures for the dividend payment related to the 2025 fiscal year in accordance with applicable provisions; two, deduct dividend tax in accordance with prevailing tax regulations,” Anggoro stated. Meanwhile, 80% of the 2025 net profit, or IDR 6.05 trillion, has been designated as retained earnings. The company recorded asset, financing, and third-party funds (TPF) growth exceeding the national banking industry average throughout 2025, with TPF growing significantly by 16.20% year-on-year to IDR 380 trillion. On the intermediation side, financing disbursements grew by 12.58% year-on-year to IDR 318 trillion, surpassing the national banking financing growth of 7.74% year-on-year (yoy) and the Islamic banking financing growth of 7.67% yoy. This positive performance drove an 8.02% year-on-year increase in net profit to IDR 7.57 trillion in 2025, while the company’s total assets as of December 2025 reached IDR 456 trillion, representing 11.64% yoy growth.
