BSA Logistics' First IPO in 2026, Offering Shares at Rp150-Rp170 Each
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Logistics company PT BSA Logistics Indonesia plans to conduct an initial public offering (IPO), setting the initial offering price (book building) at Rp150-Rp170 per share.
This corporate action will be the first IPO on the Indonesian capital market in 2026.
In the offering, the company will offer up to 1.8 billion shares, equivalent to 20.75% of the placed and paid-up capital after the IPO, potentially raising up to Rp306 billion, as quoted from the company’s disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), Jakarta, on Wednesday.
The book building period will run from 25-27 March 2026, with the public offering period from 1-8 April 2026, and the allocation period on 8 April 2026. It will officially list on the BEI under the stock code WBSA on 10 April 2026.
Regarding the use of IPO proceeds, all funds after deducting emission costs will be used by the company, approximately Rp215 billion, to acquire 191,250 shares in PT Bermuda Inovasi Logistik, equivalent to 99.99% of the fully placed and paid-up capital of BIL from PT Bermuda Nusantara Logistik (BNL).
The remaining IPO proceeds will be used as the company’s working capital, including to support daily operational activities, maintain business liquidity, and strengthen multimodal logistics service capacity.
In this IPO, PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia and PT Semesta Indovest Sekuritas will act as underwriters for the securities issuance. The securities emission guarantors will be determined later.
The current ownership structure of PT BSA Logistics Indonesia is 99.69% held by Tiga Beruang Kalifornia Pte. Ltd (TBK), and 0.31% held by PT Permata Gandaria Indah (PGI).
Following the IPO, the ownership structure of PT BSA Logistics Indonesia will include 79.01% held by TBK, 0.24% held by PGI, and 20.75% held by the public.
