I am disappointed because some public telephones in Central
Jakarta do not work. If the problem is disrupted cables the
telephone company should immediately repair the damage. This also
goes for other kinds of damage.

One of the problems I encountered is that the lids covering
the boxes to hold the coins that are returned when no connection
is made won't open.

What bothers me is the possibility that this has been done on
purpose. There may be people benefiting from this trick.

If this problem remains uncorrected the only victim will be
the public. The telephone company should therefore look into the
problem.
