PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BRI, has once again introduced an attractive programme for its loyal customers through a collaboration with Grab, offering various discounts designed to support needs in mobility, consumption, and instant document delivery or other services.

Through the programme running from 27 April to 30 June 2026, holders of BRI Mastercard credit cards can enjoy discounts on various Grab services, from ordering food via GrabFood, travel using GrabCar, to parcel delivery through GrabExpress.

BRI’s Director of Consumer Banking, Aris Hartanto, stated that this special programme represents BRI’s commitment to delivering tangible benefits that customers can directly experience in their daily lives.

“BRI sees an opportunity to provide additional convenience through synergy with digital platforms that have become part of society’s daily routine. This programme is expected not only to benefit customers but also to enhance the transaction experience, making it easier for them,” he said.

Through this programme, users of BRI credit cards bearing the Mastercard logo can take advantage of various offers. For instance, on GrabFood services, users can obtain a discount of Rp15,000 for a minimum transaction of Rp75,000 during the regular period, as well as a Rp25,000 discount with a minimum transaction of Rp100,000 during the payday period.

Meanwhile, for GrabCar services, a Rp15,000 discount is available with a minimum transaction of Rp80,000, and a Rp25,000 discount with a minimum transaction of Rp100,000 during the payday period. For delivery needs, GrabExpress offers a discount of Rp10,000 with a minimum transaction of Rp50,000, and a Rp15,000 discount with a minimum transaction of Rp60,000 during the payday period.

Furthermore, Aris added that optimising the use of credit cards as a digital payment option is one of BRI’s focuses in strengthening the transaction ecosystem. With various programmes integrated with digital platforms, BRI encourages increased transaction frequency while expanding credit card utilisation in various aspects of daily life.

In line with the presence of various attractive programmes, BRI’s credit card business performance also shows solid growth, particularly in the affluent segment. As of March 2026, the number of BRI credit card transactions in the affluent segment recorded an increase of 31% year-on-year (YoY) compared to the previous year.

At the same time, the number of active cards in this segment also grew by 18.53% YoY. From a business perspective, acceleration is more evident in sales volume, which grew 45% YoY. This reflects increased customer engagement in the high-purchasing-power segment, while also indicating that BRI credit cards are increasingly becoming the primary choice for transactions.

“With this series of offers, BRI reaffirms its commitment to continuously providing transaction solutions that not only facilitate but also deliver optimal added value for customers amid the acceleration of the Company’s digital transformation,” Aris concluded.
