Jakarta, VIVA – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BRI, continues to post solid performance through Q4 2025. Synergy across entities within the BRI Group has proven to deliver quality and sustainable growth, where the subsidiary companies have become a key pillar in supporting profitability and the group’s fundamental business strength.

As of the end of Q4 2025, the total assets of BRI Group’s subsidiaries rose 23.3% YoY to Rp267 trillion. On the profitability side, the net profit of BRI Group subsidiaries increased by 16.1% YoY, to Rp10.38 trillion.

This was conveyed by Aquarius Rudianto, Director of Network and Retail Funding at BRI, in a press conference on the Q4 2025 Financial Performance, at BRI’s Head Office on Thursday (26/02). He noted that the synergy among BRI Group’s subsidiary companies has contributed profit of 18.2% of the consolidated net profit and assets of 12.51% of total consolidated assets.

“As part of Transformasi BRIVolution Reignite, BRI also continues to push new sources of growth through strengthening the subsidiaries within the BRI Group. The positive contribution from the subsidiaries shows that cross-unit integration and collaboration is becoming more solid and adds value to the growth of the BRI Group,” Aquarius said.

Currently, BRI itself owns 10 subsidiary companies operating across various financial services lines, namely PT Pegadaian, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), BRI Life, BRI Insurance, Bank Raya Indonesia, BRI Finance, BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, BRI Manajemen Investasi, BRI Ventures, and BRI Global Financial Services. Each entity plays a strategic role in strengthening BRI’s competitiveness while expanding service reach to all segments of society.

As is known, BRI continues to pursue sustainable business transformation through the “BRIVolution Reignite” programme, anchored on two main pillars: Transform the Funding Franchise and Revamp Existing Core and Build New Core.

In building a new growth engine, BRI promotes business growth by increasing penetration in the consumer segment, the gold ecosystem, and by strengthening products and optimising the value chain in the Commercial and Corporate segments.

The BRI Group optimises the national gold ecosystem through Pegadaian, with the implementation of bullion services and the launch of the Tring app, which integrates gold savings, instalments, collateral loans, and digital payments in one platform. This broadens the basis of fee-based income while deepening financial inclusion. Meanwhile, in the Corporate and Commercial segments, the strategy is strengthened through an end-to-end ecosystem approach, strengthening the flagship sectors, acquiring quality CASA, and the value chain.
