BRI (BBRI) to Distribute Dividend of Rp 346 per Share, Check the Schedule
JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has set the cash dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year at Rp 52.10 trillion. This amount equates to Rp 346 per share.
The figure includes an interim dividend of Rp 20.63 trillion or Rp 137 per share, which was paid on 15 January 2026. The remaining dividend to be distributed is Rp 31.47 trillion or Rp 209 per share.
“The company will distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year to shareholders amounting to Rp 52,102,414,608,484.00 or Rp 346.00 per share, designated as cash dividend,” stated management, quoted on Tuesday (14/4/2026).
“The amount includes the interim dividend already distributed to shareholders on 15 January 2026, totalling Rp 20,632,254,718,348.00 or Rp 137.00 per share,” BBRI management continued.
The cum dividend date in the cash market is set for 22 April 2026. The ex dividend date in the cash market will occur on 23 April 2026.
The record date for shareholders entitled to the dividend is 22 April 2026 at 16:15 WIB. The dividend payment is scheduled for 8 May 2026.
The dividend distribution is based on the financial performance as of 31 December 2025. Net profit attributable to the parent entity was recorded at Rp 56.65 trillion.
The company also recorded unrestricted retained earnings of Rp 219.64 trillion. Total equity reached Rp 330.94 trillion.
“This dividend distribution is based on the company’s consistently positive performance, supported by the strengthening of the MSME segment as BRI’s core business, as well as the acceleration of digital transformation that continues to expand service reach and enhance operational efficiency,” it stated in a written release on Friday (10/4/2026).
It assessed that this step reflects strong business fundamentals while reinforcing BRI’s role in MSME financing and financial inclusion.
“As part of Danantara, this dividend distribution also represents BRI’s tangible contribution to supporting national development, in line with the company’s role in strengthening MSME financing and driving an inclusive, finance-based economic transformation,” it concluded.
