BP Tapera: FLPP Subsidy Housing Disbursement Reaches 19,741 Units by Late February
Jakarta — Indonesia’s Housing Loan Fund Management Agency (BP Tapera) has recorded the realisation of subsidised Home Ownership Credit (KPR) disbursement through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme at 19,741 subsidised housing units as of 26 February 2026.
BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho stated that this achievement is equivalent to 5.64 per cent of the government’s target for this year, which reaches 350,000 units.
“The realisation in the first two months serves as an early indicator of commitment in accelerating FLPP disbursement to low-income communities. FLPP disbursement increases each month. January realisation was 7,312 units and February realisation was 12,429 units. The increase in realisation reached 69.98 per cent,” said Heru in a statement in Jakarta on Thursday.
Of the 43 banks cooperating with BP Tapera in 2026, the disbursement involved 25 distributing banks and 21 developer associations spread across 339 regencies and cities in 33 provinces throughout Indonesia.
Beyond the extraordinary support from Distributing Banks and Developers, BP Tapera reaffirmed its commitment to continue strengthening collaboration with ministries and agencies as well as local governments in expanding access to housing financing for low-income communities, particularly through FLPP subsidised home ownership credit disbursement.
“Full support from the housing ecosystem and cross-sector synergy is considered key in addressing the housing backlog whilst improving the quality of residential areas sustainably,” said Heru.
At the regency and city level, Bekasi Regency was recorded as the region with the highest realisation, namely 1,322 housing units (6.69 per cent). Followed by Bogor Regency with 835 units (4.22 per cent), Karawang Regency with 683 units (3.45 per cent), Maros Regency with 556 units (2.81 per cent), and Tangerang Regency with 542 units (2.74 per cent).
