Boundless Collaboration, Zoom Drives Hybrid Work Transformation in Surabaya
Digital transformation in the world of work continues to move rapidly, especially since hybrid work patterns have become the new norm across sectors. In the midst of the need for efficient, secure, and integrated communication, digital collaboration solutions have become an essential foundation in maintaining organisational productivity. This prompted PT ACA Pacific together with PT Parama Solusi Informatika to organise an event titled ‘Connected, Shared and Growth with Zoom’, on Tuesday 24 February 2026 in Surabaya. The event brought together representatives from companies, educational institutions, and professionals from various industries in Surabaya and surrounding areas. The event featured presentations, interactive discussions, and sharing sessions on utilising digital communication solutions from Zoom Video Communications to support productivity and digital transformation in the hybrid-work era. Zoom Video Communications’ Partner Solutions Engineer, Santoso, explained that today’s communication needs are no longer just about online meetings, but also include system integration, data security, and a smoother user experience. He said that the development of Zoom features continues to be steered to address these challenges, including enhancements to security and ease of cross-device and cross-location collaboration. ‘Zoom continues to innovate to deliver a seamless and secure collaboration experience, both for internal company needs and external communication. We see that the demand for integrated solutions is increasing, especially in the hybrid-work era as it is now,’ Santoso said. In the main session, participants received presentations on the latest Zoom features designed to improve communication effectiveness and data security. In addition, participants also shared experiences related to implementing Zoom in the organisation’s internal and external communication strategies. PT Parama Solusi Informatika stated that the activity serves as a momentum to strengthen relationships with customers and partners while also fostering closer collaboration within the East Java digital ecosystem. The company hopes to continue to play a role as a trusted partner in delivering collaboration solutions relevant to business needs. Through the forum, organisers emphasised that strengthening connectivity is not only about technology adoption, but also about organisational readiness to maximise the potential of digital collaboration. With the growing adoption of hybrid work, adaptive and secure communication solutions are seen as key to sustainable growth across sectors.
