The Bogor Police are accelerating the construction of 13 ASRI Houses across various locations in Bogor Regency so that beneficiaries can occupy decent housing and celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah with greater comfort.

Bogor Police Chief AKBP Wikha Ardilestanto conducted a direct inspection of progress at three locations: Bojong Murni Village (Ciawi), Pabuaran Village (Kemang), and Sukahati Village (Citeureup) on Saturday. This inspection ensured the programme proceeds according to schedule and in accordance with the West Java Police Commander’s directive as support for the national housing quality improvement programme.

“We are directly overseeing this so that the benefits are truly felt by the community,” said Wikha.

The ASRI House Programme not only improves building structures but also ensures houses meet healthy, safe, and appropriate spatial planning standards for families. The acceleration is being carried out ahead of Ramadhan so residents can celebrate Eid in new homes with greater dignity. During the visit, the Police Chief, along with the Head of the Bogor Branch Bhayangkari Association, greeted and provided assistance to beneficiaries in Kemang and Citeureup. This humanistic approach reflects the directive for the police force to not only fulfil structural duties but to be present with empathy and social care.

Bogor Regency also launched the Indonesia ASRI Movement (Safe, Healthy, Clean, and Beautiful) to build a culture of sustainable environmental care. Regent Rudy Susmanto issued Circular Letter Number 100.3.4.2/682-SDA on 25 February 2026 as a follow-up to the President’s directive at the 2026 Central-Regional Coordination Meeting, encouraging participation from government, the business community, and society. The movement is built on four pillars:

Safety: street lighting, active community security patrols, electrical installation inspections, hazardous waste containers, and basic personal protective equipment;

Health: waste segregation, clean water sanitation management, areas free from odours, pests, and flooding;

Cleanliness: 30-minute community work every Tuesday, Friday group sports clean-ups, strengthening waste banks, enforcement of cleanliness discipline;

Beauty: tree planting in green open spaces, garden maintenance, repainting of dilapidated areas, enforcement against unaesthetic advertising.

Monitoring, evaluation, and oversight are conducted regularly, with special recognition for high-performing stakeholders. Progress reports are required every Tuesday and Friday at 1.00 p.m. WIB through the official portal, addressed to heads of regional agencies, district heads, village heads, state-owned enterprises, regional-owned enterprises, industrial estate managers, housing developments, hotels, and shopping centres.

In Gorontalo, the Provincial Police, together with government and community, are strengthening the ASRI (Safe, Healthy, Clean, and Beautiful) movement through the “Protect Gorontalo (Jago) ASRI” programme. Provincial Police Commander Inspector General Widodo stated that the programme is being implemented simultaneously from the Provincial Police to district police stations, involving relevant agencies and communities across all regions.
