The Indonesian Boarding House Association (ARKI) is increasingly interested in cryptocurrency asset investment businesses. This education initiative was facilitated by PT Pintu Kemana Saja (PINTU), a cryptocurrency investment platform officially registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), which entered into a partnership with ARKI as a sponsor for the Grand ARKI Gathering in Yogyakarta, themed “Designing Legacy, Securing the Future of Boarding House Business”.

The event was attended by ARKI Chairman Florencia Irena Lipin, Bitcoin Learning Founder Angga Andinata, and PINTU SVP of Strategy & Business Andy Putra.

As part of its commitment to enhancing cryptocurrency asset literacy, PINTU provided education at the ARKI gathering on the fundamentals of crypto investment, risk management, and the importance of conducting research before investing. This education is intended to enable boarding house entrepreneurs to manage their business profits in a more diversified and measurable manner.

“We believe PINTU helps provide new insight to boarding house owners that rental income profits can be managed more productively through digital assets. Additionally, PINTU’s user-friendly application interface makes it easier for boarding house owners new to crypto, who are predominantly from Generation X. This demonstrates that traditional property businesses such as boarding houses remain adaptive to developments in financial technology,” said Lipin.

According to PINTU Academy, property tokenisation is the process by which the value of physical property is represented as digital tokens that can be bought, sold, and traded on blockchain platforms. Each token represents partial ownership of the property, thereby enabling investors to participate in the property market with greater flexibility.
