The dividend distribution phase for PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk will enter its cum dividend period this week before the Nyepi and Lebaran 2026 holidays. For the regular market and negotiation market, cum dividend is scheduled for Tuesday, 17 March 2026.

The cum dividend in the cash market runs on 26 March 2026, which simultaneously serves as the recording date to determine those entitled to receive the dividend. This schedule is an important marker for investors who wish to ensure their names are registered as dividend recipients for the 2025 fiscal year.

Accordingly, shareholders registered on the recording date will begin receiving dividend payments on 7 April 2026. This momentum feels like a “holiday bonus” for investors, adding to the festive atmosphere ahead of the extended Nyepi and Lebaran holiday period.

“This decision is part of the Company’s effort to provide added value to shareholders, whilst ensuring the company’s performance continues to grow sustainably,” said BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo through a written statement received on Tuesday, 17 March 2026.

The dividend distribution decision, he continued, reflects the company’s commitment to continuously provide optimal returns to shareholders, whilst maintaining the company’s financial health through capital structure strengthening.

Previously, the dividend distribution was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 Fiscal Year held on Monday, 9 March 2026. This forum is an important annual agenda for the company to establish various strategic decisions.

In the meeting, BNI set a cash dividend distribution of Rp 13.03 trillion, equivalent to 65 percent of the consolidated net profit distributable to the parent entity’s owners amounting to Rp 20.04 trillion. From the total dividend, each shareholder will receive Rp 349.41 per share, reflecting the company’s commitment to delivering attractive returns to investors.

In addition to dividend distribution, shareholders also approved the use of 35 percent of net profit or approximately Rp 7.01 trillion as retained earnings. This policy is part of the company’s strategy in maintaining a healthy expansion space.

The retained earnings fund will be utilised to support business development and strengthen BNI’s capital capacity amid the evolving dynamics of the banking industry. This step is expected to maintain solid company performance whilst opening opportunities for sustainable growth in the future.

Okki stated that going forward, BNI will continue strengthening performance sustainably whilst maintaining a solid capital structure to create more optimal value for shareholders.
