The dividend amount is equivalent to Rp349.41 per share and will be distributed next month.

BNI has disclosed the dividend distribution schedule for the 2025 financial year through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) disclosure mechanism. Investors wishing to receive dividends from BBNI must pay attention to the schedule to avoid missing the deadlines.

The cum-dividend date in the regular and negotiation markets is 17 March 2026, whilst in the cash market it is 26 March 2026. Therefore, investors wishing to benefit from BBNI share dividends can purchase with the final cut-off on these dates.

Subsequently, the ex-dividend date in the regular and negotiation markets falls on 25 March 2026 and in the cash market on 27 March 2026.

The record date for the list of shareholders entitled to the cash dividend is conducted on 26 March 2026. The cash dividend payment will be made on 7 April 2026.

BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated that the dividend distribution decision reflects the Company’s commitment to continue delivering optimal value to shareholders whilst maintaining the company’s fundamentals through capital structure strengthening.

“A number of strategic decisions approved in this AGMS are part of efforts to maintain sustainable performance and strengthen the Company’s capital foundation going forward,” said Okki in a written statement.

In the meeting, shareholders also approved the allocation of 35% of net profit, equivalent to approximately Rp7.01 trillion, as retained earnings. These funds will be used to support business expansion and strengthen BNI’s capital capacity amid dynamics in the banking industry.
