Bhuwanatala's shares

JAKARTA (JP): Publicly listed property firm Bhuwanatala Indah
Permai announced yesterday that it will split its stocks and
distribute bonus shares and dividends.

Heru C. Purnomo, a company director, said in a statement that
the bonus shares will be taken from the capitalization of 64
million agio shares.

The company, which is currently developing a five-star hotel
in Bandung, West Java, will also distribute dividends of Rp 10
(0.43 U.S. cents) per share. (rid)
