Betawi music at Gedung Kesenian

JAKARTA (JP): The City Culture Office will hold a Betawi music concert at Gedung Kesenian Jakarta in Central Jakarta on March 24.

Tugiyono, head of the office, said the concert is aimed mainly at developing and preserving the Betawi culture.

About 40 musicians will participate in the concert, to be conducted by Elfa Secioria. (yns)
