Bank NISP to issue bonds
JAKARTA (JP): Publicly listed Bank NISP will issue bonds worth Rp 100 billion (about US$ 41.6 million) in March to support its long-term financing.
Pramukti Surjaudaja, the bank's director, said that yield of the five-year bonds would be adjusted to local banks' interest rates.
Pramukti said Bank NISP raised about Rp 100 billion recently in long-term loans from local and foreign banks to strengthening its lending capacity. He said the bank had issued four-for-10 bonus shares issue. The bonus share issue would increase the paid-up capital by 40 percent, he said. (hen)
