Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has imposed an administrative sanction in the form of the revocation of the registration certificate for Institutional Level I Securities Trading Intermediary Marketing Partner on PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB). Through an official OJK release, this decision stems from supervisory findings regarding violations of legislation in the fields of capital markets, derivative finance, and carbon exchanges by PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk. “Having considered the facts and information obtained from supervision, OJK has imposed an administrative sanction in the form of the revocation of the registration certificate for Institutional Level I Securities Trading Intermediary Marketing Partner on PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk,” as quoted on Friday (27/3/2026). BBYB was found to have violated the provisions of Article 11 paragraph (1) of POJK No. 21/POJK.04/2021 on Securities Trading Intermediary Marketing Partners, by not conducting activities as a Securities Trading Intermediary Marketing Partner within one year since obtaining the registration certificate from OJK. With the revocation of the aforementioned Institutional Level I Securities Trading Intermediary Marketing Partner registration certificate, Bank Neo Commerce is prohibited from conducting activities as a Securities Trading Intermediary Marketing Partner. In addition, this digital bank is required to settle all payment obligations for levies and/or administrative sanctions in the form of fines to OJK if there are any outstanding obligations from the time it was registered as a Securities Trading Intermediary Marketing Partner. In line with this news, BBYB shares fell 1.34% to Rp294 at the close of trading today. Its market capitalisation stands at Rp3.89 trillion.
