Bank Mandiri has ensured the readiness of its digital banking service Livin’ by Mandiri to handle the surge in transactions during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah period. The company has implemented various strengthening measures, including system capacity enhancements, infrastructure stability improvements, and real-time transaction monitoring, to guarantee the smooth and secure flow of customers’ financial activities amid increasing transaction demand.

The Eid season, synonymous with charitable giving, is accompanied by increased financial activity amongst the population, ranging from money transfers and bill payments to merchant transactions.

“We have comprehensively prepared system capacity to anticipate transaction needs during the Eid al-Fitr period,” said Susilo Hardiyantono, Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) of Information Technology at Bank Mandiri, in an official statement on Tuesday (17 March).

He stated that the readiness of digital infrastructure is the company’s primary focus in welcoming the increase in transaction activity ahead of Eid. This step simultaneously reaffirms Bank Mandiri’s commitment to maintaining superior and sustainable digital service quality.

The Livin’ by Mandiri service is continuously strengthened by ensuring the application operates uninterrupted 24 hours daily, providing convenient access to digital banking for all customers whenever needed.

“The various strengthening measures we have undertaken aim to ensure Livin’ by Mandiri remains stable, responsive, and capable of delivering smooth transaction experiences for customers,” said Susilo.

Furthermore, Susilo noted that as a super app, Livin’ by Mandiri offers various integrated transaction features to support customers’ diverse financial needs. These services include inter-bank transfers and BI-FAST, recurring bill payments, e-wallet top-ups, QRIS transactions at various merchants, as well as travel ticket purchases and lifestyle needs through the Livin’ Sukha feature. The presence of these interconnected features strengthens Livin’s role as a hub for customers’ digital transaction activities within one integrated service ecosystem.

Additionally, Livin’ by Mandiri equips customers with a free e-money card top-up feature directly accessible from their smartphones. Amid high population mobility during the mudik (homeward journey) and return journey periods, this feature serves as a practical solution to ensure toll road transactions, parking, and various payment services proceed without disruption.

Moreover, Bank Mandiri has introduced the Livin’ Call feature within the Livin’ by Mandiri application as part of the company’s efforts to expand service convenience for customers. With this feature, customers can directly connect with Bank Mandiri call centre agents without incurring pulsa charges, enabling banking information and assistance needs to be resolved more quickly and efficiently.

Livin’ by Mandiri has experienced growth. As of February 2026, the number of Livin’ by Mandiri users reached 38.5 million with a total of 784 million transactions and transaction value of Rp802 trillion.

This achievement reflects the increasingly high level of public confidence whilst demonstrating Bank Mandiri’s system capability in managing large transaction volumes consistently.

“This growth is evidence that our technology foundation and governance possess strong scalability,” said Susilo.

To encourage transaction activation during Ramadan leading into Eid al-Fitr, Bank Mandiri is also presenting various promotional programmes through Livin’ by Mandiri. Customers can enjoy QRIS Livin’ cashback of up to Rp100,000 at selected merchants such as Made’s Warung, Pesta Kebun, Baskin Robbins, Zenbu, Tomoro Coffee, Hero Supermarket, AZKO, Watsons, and Guardian.

Additionally, through Livin’ Sukha there is also cashback promotion of up to Rp100,000 for purchasing mudik transport tickets, cashback promotion of up to Rp1.5 million and 0% instalment for up to 24 months for gadget purchases, as well as discounts of up to Rp50,000 for various other merchant transactions available in the Livin’ Sukha feature.

Digital service adoption is increasingly evident from the fact that 91% of account openings are now conducted through Livin’ by Mandiri.

Bank Mandiri continues to strengthen its consistency in delivering innovative services to customers through strengthening the Kopra by Mandiri wholesale platform. The company has maintained strong operational readiness to serve both individual and corporate customers with digital-first solutions throughout the festive season.
