Bank Jago's Net Profit Surges 115 Percent to Rp 276 Billion in 2025
JAKARTA — PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) recorded a significant surge in net profit throughout 2025 alongside growth in digital business and sustained credit expansion.
The digital bank booked a net profit after tax (NPAT) of Rp 276 billion in 2025, an increase of 115 percent compared to the previous year’s net profit of Rp 129 billion.
This positive performance was supported by strong growth in third-party funds (DPK) and credit disbursement throughout the year.
Chief Executive Officer of Bank Jago Arief Harris stated that the company’s business growth was supported by an increasing number of customers utilising Bank Jago’s digital services.
By the end of 2025, Bank Jago’s customer base reached 18.2 million people, including 14.2 million funding customers using the Jago and Jago Syariah applications. This figure increased by nearly 3 million compared to the same period in the previous year, which stood at 15.3 million customers.

This credit growth was balanced with disciplined risk management, as reflected in the gross non-performing loan (NPL) ratio standing at 0.6 percent, better than the average NPL of the national banking sector.
Alongside this business expansion, Bank Jago’s total assets reached Rp 36.5 trillion as of December 2025 or rose 28 percent compared to the 2024 position of Rp 28.5 trillion.
In terms of liquidity and capitalisation, the loan-to-deposit ratio (LDR) stood at 94 percent. Meanwhile, the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) reached 31.6 percent.

“We appreciate all Bank Jago customers, partners, and other stakeholders for their trust and collaboration during this time. The 2025 achievement continues to motivate us to innovate and collaborate in providing financial products and services that can improve the lives of millions of customers across Indonesia,” said Arief.
