Bank Jago Records Profit of Rp276 Billion in 2025, Third-Party Funds Up 38 Percent
PT Bank Jago Tbk recorded strong performance throughout 2025. The digital bank posted net profit of Rp276 billion, up 115 percent compared to the previous year’s Rp129 billion.
The performance growth aligns with increased uptake of digital banking services by the public, including Sharia-based services that the company is also developing.
Bank Jago’s total assets reached Rp36.5 trillion by the end of December 2025, rising approximately 28 percent compared to the previous year’s position of Rp28.5 trillion.
Bank Jago’s President and Chief Executive Arief Harris stated that the performance improvement was largely due to growing customer numbers increasingly utilising Bank Jago’s digital banking services.
“We see a strong relationship between customer growth and increased third-party funds. This reflects that more customers trust and use Bank Jago’s products and services as part of their financial management,” Arief said on Friday (13 March 2026).
Bank Jago’s customer base reached 18.2 million by the end of 2025. Of this total, approximately 14.2 million are funding customers using the Jago and Jago Syariah applications.
As customer numbers increased, the bank’s third-party funds (DPK) collection also grew significantly. By the end of 2025, total customer deposits reached Rp25.9 trillion, rising approximately 38 percent compared to the previous year’s Rp18.8 trillion.
On the lending side, Bank Jago disbursed credit totalling Rp24.3 trillion throughout 2025, up from Rp17.7 trillion in the previous year.
