JAKARTA, KOMPAS - PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) reports that customer interest in accessing financing through digital lending via the Jago app continues to grow. Head of Digital Lending Business at Bank Jago, Irene Santoso, stated that this digital financing growth has recorded strong performance up to the first quarter of 2026. “The growth is indeed quite good, yes (double digit),” she said after the Jagoan Journalists Forum - Media Wellness Experience event on Friday (17/4/2026). However, she was not yet able to detail the total digital credit disbursement along with its growth percentage. “People take (loans) not just for the sake of taking them, but with a purpose for taking the loan,” she added. Irene explained that this digital financing currently targets only Bank Jago users. Meanwhile, the ceilings provided have been matched to the users’ profiles. “Matched to their profiles, needs, and repayment abilities,” she clarified. For a bit of context, the loan amounts that can be accessed reach a limit of Rp 100 million with tenors of up to 24 months. Customers who have loan needs can access the amount of the limit provided. Irene recounted that this digital loan is typically used by customers to finance urgent needs that cannot be postponed. When customers already have the ability to pay, direct settlement will not incur additional fees. “We see that the purpose is achieved if we look at the loan usage, so it’s a bit different from regular KTA (Unsecured Loans) which are usually taken once and that’s it. It’s adjusted to their needs,” she concluded. As information, by the end of 2025, the number of Bank Jago customers reached 18.2 million people, including 14.2 million funding customers using the Jago App and Jago Syariah. This number increased by nearly 3 million compared to the same period the previous year, which was 15.3 million customers. Meanwhile, by the end of 2025, the credit disbursed reached Rp 24.3 trillion or increased by 38 percent from the same position the previous year at Rp 17.7 trillion.
