Bank Jago Integrates Portfolio Monitoring in a Single Application
PT Bank Jago Tbk has introduced an integrated display that enables customers to monitor their entire cross-platform investment portfolio within a single tab on the Jago Application, thanks to its connection with data from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) and digital ecosystem partners. “We are trying to consolidate that (cross-platform investment portfolio) so that on this one platform, users can be more confident in making financial decisions,” said Irene Santoso, Head of Digital Lending Business at Bank Jago, in Jakarta on Friday. Irene explained that the feature allows customers to view their investment portfolio comprehensively, provided they first have a Bank Jago Customer Funds Account (RDN) as the primary connector. Through this integration, customers can obtain a 360-degree overview of their investment portfolio placed on partner platforms such as Bibit and Stockbit, as well as other platforms. Through collaboration with KSEI, said Aprilia, Bank Jago is also encouraging the public, especially beginner investors, to invest more actively by providing comprehensive visibility into fund placements on investment platforms. Bank Jago noted an increase in user interest in investing in the stock market, as evidenced by the opening of Bank Jago RDNs, which rose more than twofold throughout 2025. As of 31 December 2025, the number of Jago Application users connected to partner investment platforms Bibit and Stockbit increased by 38.2 percent year-on-year (yoy). The company stated that the Jago Application continues to evolve, not only for saving and transacting but also as a place for customers to place and grow assets more comprehensively. From the outset, the Jago Application has offered the Kantong feature to separate money into various categories according to goals. This approach is inspired by local wisdom or the traditional habit of Indonesians in separating money into various containers, such as envelopes or simple storage based on needs. Among the various available features, the Pengeluaran Kantong is the most widely used, especially for daily needs such as food, snacks, and other routine expenses. In addition, users utilise Kantong for paying bills, business needs, and seasonal fund allocations, such as Holiday Allowances (THR), Eid, and sacrificial offerings.
