Bank Aladin Syariah Provides Financial Services Across Alfa Group Network
PT Bank Aladin Syariah has strengthened its banking services during the 2026 Free Mudik programme organised by Alfamart and Alfamidi, supporting more than 3,000 participants being transported to various cities via bus and aircraft.
The bank is leveraging Alfa Group’s retail network to expand service access during the homecoming period. Cash withdrawal and deposit services are available at Alfamart, Alfamidi, Lawson, and DAN+DAN outlets spread across more than 23,000 locations throughout Indonesia.
President Director of Bank Aladin Syariah, Koko Rachmadi, stated the bank is providing transactions such as cash withdrawal and deposit services at Alfamart, Alfamidi, Lawson, and DAN+DAN outlets. “With Alfa Group’s retail network comprising more than 23,000 outlets across Indonesia, this service is expected to be a practical solution for people needing banking access at various points during their homecoming journey,” Koko said on Tuesday, 17 March 2026.
Rachmadi explained that participation in this programme aims to strengthen collaboration within the Alfa Group ecosystem whilst expanding banking service access. The homecoming period is considered to increase transaction requirements, necessitating service availability across various regions.
“The homecoming period is an important time for Indonesian society, where mobility increases significantly. Through collaboration with the Alfa Group ecosystem, Bank Aladin Syariah wishes to ensure the public can continue accessing banking services easily and safely during their homecoming journey,” Koko stated.
The 2026 Mudik Asyik programme from Alfamart is transporting approximately 1,700 participants to eight destination cities: Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Solo, Purwokerto, Medan, Makassar, and Palembang. Meanwhile, Alfamidi’s 2026 Serunya Mudik programme targets 1,300 participants with 25 bus fleets heading to Solo, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya.
Additionally, Alfamidi is providing homecoming prizes using Innova vehicles for selected customers. The programme forms part of efforts to encourage public participation in collective homecoming activities.
Rachmadi noted that support for the mudik programme is also expected to encourage use of digital banking services. As of November 2025, Bank Aladin Syariah’s total assets reached Rp14 trillion, representing 61.87 per cent annual growth, whilst active customer numbers increased by more than 32 per cent.
