Denpasar (ANTARA) – The Bali Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxation (DJP) is opening services on Saturdays and Sundays to facilitate the filing of Annual Tax Return Notifications (SPT Tahunan) until March 2026.

“The final deadline for filing the 2025 Annual Tax Return for Individual Taxpayers is 31 March 2026,” said Darmawan, Head of the Bali Regional Tax Office, in Denpasar on Friday.

All Tax Service Offices (KPP) and Tax Guidance, Service and Consultation Offices (KP2KP) in Bali will open their services during weekends to accommodate the needs of taxpayers.

Through this effort, the Annual Tax Return filing service will remain optimal during Ramadan 1447 Hijriah.

For civil servants (ASN), military personnel and police, in accordance with the Circular Letter from the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/7/M.SM.00.00/2006, the submission of the 2025 Annual Income Tax Return must be completed by no later than 28 February 2026.

Furthermore, the large number of national holidays and joint leave in March 2026 also necessitated the opening of weekend services.

The extended service hours are specifically focused on data changes, activation of DJP Coretax accounts, and assistance with filing and receipt of the 2025 Annual Income Tax Return.

Weekend services will be open from 08:00 to 12:00 Western Indonesia Time, from 28 February to 29 March, except on 21 and 22 March, which coincide with national holidays and joint leave.

Taxpayers can visit the nearest KPP and KP2KP to receive services, and all services are provided free of charge.

If taxpayers wish to file their Annual Tax Return independently from home, comprehensive guidelines are available at t.kemenkeu.go.id/coretaxSPT.

Additionally, the office has reminded taxpayers to exercise caution against all forms of fraud schemes purporting to represent the DJP.

In case of doubt, taxpayers can contact the Tax Hotline 1500200, visit the nearest tax office, or seek confirmation through the official communication channels of the Tax Office where the taxpayer is registered.
