Astra International records revenue of IDR 323.4 trillion in 2025
Jakarta — PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) posted net revenue of IDR 323.4 trillion in 2025, down marginally 2 per cent year-on-year compared to net revenue of IDR 328.5 trillion in 2024.
Alongside this revenue performance, the company recorded net profit of IDR 32.8 trillion in 2025, down marginally 3 per cent year-on-year compared to net profit of IDR 33.9 trillion in 2024.
“In 2025, Group profit declined primarily due to lower coal prices and weakness in the new vehicle market. However, the Group’s business performance remained resilient, supported by solid contributions from other business segments,” said ASII President Director Djony Bunarto Tjondro in an official statement received in Jakarta on Friday.
Going forward, although operational conditions in several business segments remain challenging, Djony projected that overall consumer sentiment would improve.
“Astra will continue to focus on operational excellence and disciplined capital allocation, leveraging Astra’s strong balance sheet position to support sustainable value creation for all stakeholders,” Djony stated.
The company will propose a final dividend of IDR 292 per share for the 2025 financial year at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) in April 2026.
The proposed final dividend, when combined with the interim dividend of IDR 98 per share distributed in October 2025, will bring total proposed dividends to IDR 390 per share for 2025, with a dividend payout ratio of 48 per cent.
In January 2026, the company completed a share buyback programme valued at IDR 2 trillion. Subsequently, the company implemented a second-phase share buyback programme, completed on 25 February 2026, with a total value of IDR 685 billion.
“Under this programme, shares were repurchased in accordance with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations on share repurchases amid significantly volatile market conditions,” Djony said.
Furthermore, in 2025, the company’s earnings per share stood at IDR 810, marginally down compared to earnings per share of IDR 837 in 2024.
On the balance sheet, equity attributed to owners of the parent entity was recorded at IDR 228.9 trillion in 2025, marginally up from equity of IDR 213.7 trillion in 2024.
