Jakarta — PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) posted solid operational and financial performance in 2025, supported by growth in gold commodity sales and strengthened downstream businesses in nickel and bauxite. Corporate Secretary Wisnu Danandi Haryanto of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk in Jakarta, on Tuesday, said the company continues to push diversification, integration, and operational excellence to sustain growth. “We see that over time there are more and more investors attracted to Antam’s shares,” he said. He explained that the company recorded revenue of Rp72 trillion up to Q3 2025, with net profit also showing a positive trend, in line with margin expansion and cost optimisation. In addition to gold, he said, the performance of nickel ore and feronickel also contributed significantly. Nickel ore production reached 16.1 million wmt, while feronickel production was recorded at 16.1 thousand nickel tonnes (TNi). For bauxite, production volume reached 2.8 million wmt, reflecting the strengthening of alumina and aluminium downstream lines. Wisnu said that the strengthened performance was inseparable from the integrated downstream strategy implemented by the company together with MIND ID as the holding of the mining industry. In the nickel sector, the company is developing an electric vehicle battery ecosystem through an upstream-to-downstream project, covering mining, processing, to battery materials. Meanwhile for bauxite commodities, Antam is developing the Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery (SGAR) project in Mempawah, West Kalimantan, together with Inalum as part of the national aluminium industry integration.
