AMS Foundation Meets Palestinian Ambassador to Discuss Aid Distribution amid Difficult Conditions
Jakarta — The Ayo Masuk Surga (AMS) Foundation recently visited the Palestinian Ambassador to Indonesia, Abdalfatah A.K. Alsattari, at the Palestinian embassy’s official residence in Menteng, Jakarta. The meeting was attended by AMS Foundation Board Chairman Tadarus Qurani and senior officials to discuss humanitarian cooperation for Palestine.
The meeting served as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the AMS Foundation and the Palestinian Embassy. Both parties discussed the current situation in Palestine, particularly the humanitarian conditions in Gaza, which continue to require international attention.
During the discussion, both parties also addressed the challenges of aid distribution. They discussed mechanisms for channelling assistance to ensure that aid reaches communities more effectively and reaches the intended recipients.
Through a written statement on Tuesday (17/3/2026), AMS Foundation Board Chairman Tadarus Qurani reaffirmed his organisation’s commitment to assisting the Palestinian people. “We are committed to continuing to support Palestinian communities through sustainable humanitarian programmes, both in the form of basic needs assistance and collaboration with various parties,” Qurani said during the meeting held on Saturday (14/3/2026).
Meanwhile, Palestinian Ambassador to Indonesia Abdalfatah A.K. Alsattari expressed appreciation for the support provided by the Indonesian people. “We greatly appreciate the solidarity and support that continues to flow from the Indonesian people, including from the AMS Foundation, in helping the Palestinian people amid this difficult situation,” said Alsattari.
Besides discussing assistance, the meeting also aimed to strengthen institutional relationships. This strengthened communication is expected to improve coordination in delivering aid to Palestine on an ongoing basis.
The atmosphere of the meeting was warm and filled with the spirit of solidarity. The series of activities concluded with breaking the fast together as a symbol of unity and commitment to continue supporting the Palestinian people.
