Ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H, PT TASPEN (Persero) has issued a directive urging all participants, business partners, and companies not to give gifts, hampers, or presents of any kind to TASPEN employees and subsidiary staff.

The directive aims to protect TASPEN’s commitment to maintaining integrity, strengthening good corporate governance, and preventing potential conflicts of interest.

Henra, TASPEN’s Corporate Secretary, affirmed that the policy aligns with the implementation of ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System, which TASPEN has adopted as part of its commitment to strengthening organisational governance and integrity.

“At TASPEN, we remain committed to building a professional workplace culture that upholds integrity. Therefore, we request the cooperation of all stakeholders to support the ‘Zero Gratification’ spirit by not giving gifts of any kind ahead of this Eid al-Fitr,” Henra stated in a written statement on Monday (16 March 2026).

Furthermore, TASPEN is calling on the public and all stakeholders to play an active role in maintaining a transparent and accountable working environment. This commitment forms part of TASPEN’s efforts to implement the latest provisions regarding gratification control as stipulated in Corruption Eradication Commission Regulation Number 1 of 2026 amending KPK Regulation Number 2 of 2019 on Gratification Reporting.

The regulation strengthens gratification reporting and control mechanisms to promote more integrity-driven and accountable governance. Should the public discover any TASPEN official requesting, accepting, or receiving gifts or gratification related to their position, reports can be submitted through the Whistleblowing System (WBS) provided by the company.

Complaints can be submitted through several channels, including email (pengaduan@taspen.co.id), SMS or WhatsApp (+62 811 1446 666), and website (wbs.taspen.co.id). All reporter identities are guaranteed confidentiality as a form of whistleblower protection.

Throughout 2025, TASPEN has implemented various anti-corruption and gratification control initiatives, including organising anti-corruption socialisations during International Anti-Corruption Day (HAKORDIA), Compliance Movie Day activities, disseminating compliance culture and good corporate governance awareness at headquarters and regional offices, e-learning integrity programmes, and internal digital campaigns emphasising the 5 NO principle (No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, No Luxurious Hospitality, No Conflict of Interest).

These measures form part of TASPEN’s ongoing effort to build a transparent, accountable, and integrity-driven working ecosystem.

Through this initiative, TASPEN hopes for support from all stakeholders to jointly create a clean, healthy working environment free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism. This effort aligns with the Asta Cita vision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia in achieving clean, integrity-driven governance free from corruption to improve public welfare.

This commitment is also part of TASPEN’s efforts to strengthen the agency’s integrity culture and affirm its role as a Centre of Excellence in managing social security for state apparatus workers, consistently prioritising good corporate governance and professional service for all participants.

In its implementation, TASPEN targets achieving Zero Fraud within the company, so active participation from the public and stakeholders is essential to monitor and report any suspected integrity violations.
